Yes, i use fk axis and icici platinum, i get cashback on bill payments for both the cards via hdfc billpay.

In maximum 3-4 working days amount gets reflected in Axis credit card.

Received the credit in the axis card at the end of third working day and even received the 1% cashback of 750rs in the hdfc platinum debit card
