Delhi T2 lounge not visible on dremfolks website

i try to generate QR code for delhi T2 terminal

but supprise my AXIS burgundy debit card and HDFC bizpower credit card not shows T2 as option on Dreamfolks website

i check axis and HDFC website and there i can see T2 as eligible lounge in both the card

any one can help me for T2 lounge and card accepted there
