Counter. And you have to fill a form for every multiple of 500 to get the extra 100. They just do two top ups for 500 and 100 one after another, nothing special. You only pay for the first transaction.

anyway, koi nahi karane wala tension maat lo.

99% log daarte hai ncmc recharge Rs500 ka karane se kyunki card bhula gaya toh saare paise gaye tumhare.

I haven't received any credits for the past two months, despite recharging ₹500 three times. How long does it typically take for the credits to reflect? Will they be automatically credited to my account, or do I need to manually top up via a machine or another method?

It's a manual process you have to ask the people at the counter to give you extra 100 when you do 500 ka recharge

Update regarding Rupay NCMC 100 cashback offers in Delhi Metro
1. Available at selected metro stations only. DMRC has not displayed any list of selected stations, so customer need to roam.
2. Even where this cashback offer is available, person sitting at counter may make excuses like I dont know this, go to that counter, staff knowing this is not available etc.
3. One may need to argue with counter person/station master of selected stations then recharge with this offer is possible.

having gone through all this trouble in last two months, have done 500 recharge 4 times!
