Hi ,
I recharged rupay ncmc debit card with Rs 500 at DMRC metro station but didn't received Rs 200 cashback as advertised at many places.
Can anyone clarify regarding that offer and how to avail it?

The attendant has to do the 100/200 "cashback" as a manual top up. Did you confirm with them before reloading? In Mumbai, every booth attendant I've spoken to knows about the offer and hands me a slip to fill in with a pen.

Can I do recharge using upi at metro counter or recharge should be done from Savings account ?

did u read this thread?

You will never get cb. They will give you 100 recharge once you pay with rupay card. You have to ask them about the offer, they will give a form to fill and recharge 100 extra in your card.

Rupay debit card. You wont get any cashback in your card. You have to inform the counter person about availing the offer, they will recharge extra ₹100 if you recharge you card using your rupay debit card for ₹500.
