Infinia Croma - Gyftr voucher expired

I had a Croma gyftr voucher (bought on gyftr site) worth 5000 rupees that expired a couple of months ago. Is it possible to revive it? Has anybody tried it and been successful?

I am in a similar situation. I forgot to redeem half of my RBL debit card joining points and now they're expired. I was thinking that they had 6 months validity but actually it was 90 days. Contacted RBL customer service, they took my request but today I received a reply from them that they can't credit the points back. Kindly suggest if there's anything else that I can do.

This is not a GV. It is RBL.points. so RBL.has full rights about extending the validity of these points.
You can only request them. Write to higher authorities about this in a requesting manner and explain how you forgot to redeem them and how valuable customer you are to them..

Is there any possibility how to extend validity of croma gift card which is issued by our business client and provided physical gift card to all our members? Your help would be really appreciated. It's a card without single rupee use yet.

You can check in croma website under eGift Card Balance..I had extended once, but it was ecard, not physical.
