CRIF Credit Score Fetched by VISTAS TECHNOLAB?

Yesterday night, I was trying to get Federal Bank Scalia Credit Card.

I entered my name, Mobile no. and OTP.

On the next screen, it asked Gender, Employment Type, etc. I ignored this stage and closed.

Nowhere in the application I entered my PAN.

About an hour later, I got an email from CRIF that my Credit Report is accessed by VISTAS TECHNOLAB.

I don't know if it is related to Scapia CC application or something else?

Please guide.

Exact same in my case except mine was from a deals channel.

Does this mean anyone can provide the mobile number and it will pull credit history ? WTF is this - big loophole with our data in public domain

I did same any harm in that .. I have also reported to CRIF
