Unlimited is of no value if the airport u are going isnt in list of serviced airports. That being said i think sbi reliance prime is an awsm card with widest list of airports in India.

Lounge should have capacity too. I can mention specifically Hyderabad airport. A decent size lounge but whenever I have been there, the waiting is there for at least 15-20 min. can be more too

In that sense, I think Amex Plat Metal card helps atleast in Delhi & Mumbai airport as they have dedicated lounge for Centurion/Plat Metal making it peaceful . All Encalm/Plaza Premium/MC lounges - you will see a long queue to enter and then wait to get a seat. Doesn't help much if you are there to grab quickly and go.
