which credit card gives maximum rewards or cashback on making insurance payments?

You can use SC Ultimate if you have it. Gives a flat 3.3% return as reward points which can be redeemed for vouchers.

I don't have SBI bank account but I hold SBI cashback card. Can I buy Amazon GV from SBI yono? If yes then is it through app or web ? Or it requires SBI account?

You can from app or web also. There is 2% discount on https://www.gyftr.com/sbiyono/brands/amazon-gift-vouchers and using SBI Cashback you will get 5% so total 7% cashback.

thank you. I tried to buy 1k Amazon pay voucher. card got blocked. then bought 500₹ voucher. now again not able to buy 500₹ voucher also.

If your card is blocked then I will suggest do one transaction per day till you see your card not getting blocked for 2-3 transactions. Then you can attempt multiple on single day.

my sbi cashback got blocked for the same and i waited for few days, now i can buy multiple gvs from yono gyftr in a single day without blocking issue.

Use Amazon to purchase Amazon GC using SBI Cashback to receive 5% cashback. I have not used gyftr since my last post here. Also, its known that gyftr discount has been stopped already. So maybe using gyftr you will neither get any discount nor cashback.
