Credit Card Excessive Balance Refund

I have an Axis Bank credit card. I recently received the SMS from the Bank which is as follows:
You have a credit balance of INR xxx.x/- on your Axis Bank Credit Card no. XXXXXX. Call 18004190064/18605005555 to place your refund request.

(I have intentionally replaced the numbers by X and x).

When I called the given numbers, I found out there is no option to withdraw the excessive credit in my credit card. What is the procedure to place a refund request?

After 7 days amount was credited.
