Credit Card Closure Conditions and how to keep active?

Hi, wanted to ask if we have credit cards, what are the conditions after which credit card will close and also related to its features related to Priority Pass and Dream Folks.

Also what are the easy ways through which we can keep credit card active if we are not frequently using the card and keeping it away.

Also if the bank provides two cards like American Express and MasterCard for ICICI Sapphiro, do we have to use both or using any one will be sufficient.
