Haan I know, but sometimes it is easier to send upi ids to friends if money is due from them, instead of taking in Bank account, I make them deposit in the card upi id directly.

By going to Phonepe/Gpay app and putting in upi id in the mentionedsbi card format and clicked on Verify, it gives an error that upi id is wrong. Do you have any alternate suggestion?

For sbi card it supports via yono app only no other app

For SBI card payment, the UPI method will only work via SBI card app or website, or Yono.
