Credit card bill payment through 811 super debit card.

I wish to pay my credit card bills through my 811 super debit card to see if I can get 5% cashback on it. Are there any options available that still allow CC payments using a debit card?

I have question with this super card , they say monthly FD of 5000rs to be deposited along with 399 annual charges - My question, what happens after an year do we still need to make 5k deposits? is there any milestone benfit for fee reversal?
