Its Standard Chartered bank .
Currently only Phone Pay is working make sure to get right merchant name .

NO ...IDFC currently blocked that Payment gateway .

Have you tried axis bbps, stanchar , zavo ? what's common in these ? All three uses same payment gateways - and in first week of AUG some people complaint against the bank for not using valid mcc's >> after that suddenly IDFC stop permitting there transactions in this payment gateway ( used by zavo , stanchar , axis bbps) - and till today you can't do any transactions on these PG .

Confirmed by IDFC social media care team !!

Yes it's union Bank debit card search it some special card it offer upto 1.6% i think. It's can be given minimum balance 15K above accounts.
