Which card variant you have? What is your credit limit?Hello friends, After having a conversation on this lovely community converted my card into life time free. They didn't offer me the premium card because of low credit limit they told me that once my limit touch 50K I just need to call them they will give MoJo or Zen for life time free and they told that they can convert the card as they have authorised and calling from the head office aswell.

I raised a request on kotak (contact us) page so after a day they raised to cancel my card I got tension Oh shit I lost my card but no they called me on monday today and offered a ltf praposal.
Platinum League limit I can't share on public platform.

Open kotak website and goto Help centre and send them your request! Please try at your risk maybe they can close the card without calling...
