Confusion on cashback of HDFC Millenia Debit card bill payment on Credit card bill payment

Can anybody please clear that if We will use smartpay/Billpay for credit card bill payment via Hdfc Millenia debit card...Will we get 1% or not ?

If you have normal acc you will be charged Rs 500+gst for millenia.
For hni programmes 0

Finally using Hdfc millenia debit if we pay CC bill through mobikwik/Paytm/Amazon directly using DC. Are we getting cashback - 1%//2.5% ??

Secondly if we use HDFC bill pay portal to pay Non HDFC CC bill through millenia debit card, do we get cashback like in platinum we get 1% cashback ?

Third thing which we are currently sure that wallet reloading via millenia debit card is giving us 1% cashback.

There's a lot of confusion in this matter. Paytm has blocked so many users from adding money in wallet through debit card. Now , question is : Did anyone personally verify that, by paying credit card bill directly from Millennia debit card, he got 1%/2.5%?

If u r having classic or above relationship then u can get free hdfc platinum or millenia. But for standard relationship need to pay charges.
