📢 Club ITC Members – Important Update!

Just wanted to share a heads-up for fellow Club ITC members:


The loyalty program is undergoing a major upgrade starting June 22, 2025, which is expected to last for about 7 days. The goal is to introduce smoother, more personalised features and an overall better experience — but there will be a few temporary limitations during this transition period.

Here’s what you should know:

🔹 1. Website & App Access

• Club ITC functionalities like member login, booking reward nights, and accessing member rates will be temporarily disabled on the ITC Hotels website and app.
• If you need to make member rate reservations during this time, you can call their Guest Contact Centre at 📞 1800-102-2333.

🔹 2. Hotel Stays During Transition

• Points Earning: You’ll still earn points on your stays and eligible transactions, but they’ll be credited within two weeks after the upgrade is complete.
• Redemptions: Using points or vouchers won’t be possible during the transition window.

🔹 3. Membership Status

• No need to worry — your Club ITC membership, existing Green Points, and active vouchers will all remain intact.
• You’ll receive a notification once the system is back up and running.

My Advice

• If you’re planning a stay during the transition period, contact ITC or the specific hotel in advance if you plan to use Culinaire or other vouchers — since redemptions will be paused.
• If you’re planning to book a stay using points between June 22–29, make your booking before June 22 to avoid issues.

As a ITC culinary Elite member, I have also Received the same mail.

I can't predict what they are changing.

Few months back they have removed few premium hotels booking through ITC night stay voucher. Now we need to use 2 stay voucher to book one room in these hotels.
