Hi Team, i hold an LTF citi rewards credit card. Few days ago, i received a generic mail highlighting- "Waive off your 1000 annual fee on spending 30,000 in an anniversary year"…

Does this mean, its no more an LTF card? Anyone else received this msg (plz scan your mail, i this under promotion section of gmail, hence had ignored it earlier).

the bank is anyways going and i heard from axis employees that once your card expires it wont be up for renewal and axis might just cross sell their product to you ,but most likely this card would be closed.
And these kind of offers have always been there for LTF cards afaik

I guess Citi Rewards is going to be replaced by Axis Rewards card and they have Rs. 1000 fee, but some extra benefits including Longue access, which current Citi Rewards doesn't have. They should offer Axis Rewards LTF to Citi Rewards LTF holders, but as of now, not heard anything from either parties.
