they asked me about a company name whether u belong to it or not?

I applied on 30 Dec 2022. And today, 2 Jan 2023, I got a message that my application is under process, but mail that the application is rejected. No CIBIL hit so far.
What is the correct one?
And what numbers do I press to reach Citi's live agent?
