CIBIL Score Vanished all of a sudden

Anyone facing issues with cibil score from cibil.com? All of a sudden it shows only 1 account and my score reduced by ~40 points. All my enquiries and cards are missing along with my personal and official information. Anyone facing the same issue?

Just checked. Working fine for me. Everything displaying correctly.

This is resolved after constant fight with the team 😅 They messed up my control number, looks like it's from BOB. They are yet to provide me full details.

Facing this issue now. I had about 15 accounts including loans, credit cards, OD limits etc.
Around 20 years of history.

now only 2 cards are showing, and score has dropped ~60 points. WTF.


Anyone who got this resolved, please help !!
