Check not Cleared for Burgundy Account RBI Rule Any Compensation ?

Hi,
I'm opening new joint account with Axis, as I already have Burgundy and can add this new account in family banking, for which I deposited Rs 5L check. But even after 1 week my account is not yet opened and the money is deducted from my account. Is there something that I can do to ask compensation from bank for this ?
I'm not sure how many more days they will take and now my amount is stuck.

Ask them in a Twitter if they take more than 2 working days Complain in RBI ombsudam
