Cheapest SWIFT charges for making payment to Dubai Bank Account?

What is the cheapest hack to minimize swift payment of 300 USD to a dubai bank account. I have Kotak and HDFC bank accounts.

At 300 USD, it will always be costly as most banks will levy a charge of upto 1000 rupees towards SWIFT transaction.

Bank of Baroda has the cheapest forex rates.

If transfer via third party isn't an issue, you could use bookmyforex service for the same, they are one of the cheapest providers for foreign remittance or you could use DCBRemit.
