Charging Rent Payment Fee for Hotel booking

Hi Folks,

I recently made a hotel booking through the OYO app using my SBI Cashback credit card. Additional, I paid ₹199 for OYO Wizard using the same card.

Now the bank has categorised these transactions as rent payment and is charging me ₹199+GST for both of these transactions.

Is hotel booking generally categorised under rent payment? What can I do in this scenario?
