I opened it today itself. I wrote in the account opening form itself. I mentioned "Rupay select" there. Don't know what they gonna do. Fingers crossed.

Two CIF, one account opening form, one cash deposit slip. Kyc via aadhar biometric/ otp.

I just gave the docs and photos for primary and secondary holder, just informed that I am opening account to get RSDC only for both holders.

They started with denial of Cent Queen DC for male, then they accepted and handled.

True. I forgot that. They said for secondary members it will be chargeable. I don't know exactly whether it is chargeable or not.

I didn't took their number. Tomorrow I have to visit again or have to wait for their call. Perhaps they have already applied.

- Take documets , photo for each
- Check the cent queen circular at page2 of this thread, take print along with
- show secondary holder details to bank employee
- insist on having two dfferent CIF, they will provide CIF forms for each
- in case of different address than Adhar, submit undertaking
- If PAN Adhar name mismatch, not linked then fill form 60
- most important - be nice and have patience, if they don`t have tab with them, they need some time to fill in all details, in our case employee took atleast 2 hours....

P.S. DC code is 91, you need to insist them to use code 91 for secondary account as well...
