Cent Queen Savings Account - LTF Rupay Select Debit Card

Visited a metro city branch of CBI (Central Bank of India) on Monday with her to open a Joint Cent Queen Savings Account.

Initially, the staff outright refused saying "Cent Queen can't be opened in joint names."
After showing them the official circular confirming joint accounts are allowed, they agreed and handed over the form.

I filled the form and attached all required documents.
Then came the weird twist –
On the Additional Page – Inspection Report for Personal Customers, I honestly mentioned my current residential address, which is about 200 km away from the branch.

After seeing that, the staff refused to proceed, saying:

> “We need a local address. We can’t open an account for someone living so far, as we have to conduct address verification.”

I told them I don’t have any local address in that city, so I had to drop the plan.
Honestly, it was one of the worst bank experiences I’ve had in a while. 👎

my experaince is overall gud. sbi pnb union bob canara india boi inme to kisi bank jana tak nhi padta ph pe hi kaam ho jata hai. indian overseas me ac open karne jana pada. kuch fark shayad post ka hoga. bt overall kisi b bank me wait karna ya lunch hai bad me aana ya dusre counter pe jao ye sab nhi hota.
lagta hai sales ka bahut pressure hai ab psu me. pahle to seedhe muh baat tak nhi karte the

Uper kisi ne 2 dc ki foto dali thi. Show dem ki tumhare frnd ne issue karaya hai. Aap new dc apply kar do wid code 91. Ho jayega

Bhai mne abi last month us new joinee ko reach kia tha (Mom is using this a/c as I can easily control it) aur pucha ki wo 2nd Add On DC [Mera Mom n wife k sath 2 joint h na] ka kch confirmation mila kya. She is no longer with the Branch (not related to RSDC). So finally I have lost the contact who got me 3 Cent Queen DCs. They are still with CBoI but I lost my unicorn employee.

enable all in domestic txns with lowest needed limit. worked for me

Try after 24 hours. The card won't work just after you activate it. It will take some time

If you want to use it sooner, go to any nearest atm and change pin.

Else try after 24 hours of activation
