Cent Queen Savings Account - LTF Rupay Select Debit Card

No SMS charges and No Non-maintenance charges deducted YET account opened in feb 2025.
Service quality depends on your branch location and staff.
No hidden charges deducted as of now.
For my wife's account, they have deducted 20rs for PMSBY insurance. I called the branch person, he told they automatically apply for it from backend (but I don't trust him. I think he applied insurance without consent.)
I called customer care they told it is annual 20rs. (which is fine I guess 🤷)

They said the branch person have applied, there's no way to apply from backend etc.
Still seems wrong.

Anyone has any email of any central bank of india customer care for formal complaint?

Last week opened accounts. Bank saying they are facing issue while issuing RPDC for second account holder, they are not ready to issue cent queen DC, they even suggested to collect RPDC from bank directly without any name but I think it will be chargeable?

I told them to use code 91 (correct me if wrong), fingers crossed
 
For making the DC free renewal, we have to do either:

- Min 2 card txn on POS/EComm per month OR
- Min 20 card txn on POS/EComm per annum


So, in the 2nd point, what does 'annum' mean? do we have to do 20 txns per calendar year or card anniversary year?

IMO it should mean card anniversary year only.
 
Update:
Just applied for a debit card for the 2nd holder successfully.

NOTE:
1. Ensure that they are applying for the correct debit card. They have two internal codes for Rupay Select
68 - Rupay Select Debit Card (Chargable 1121)
91 - Cent Queen Woman's Debit Card (Correct card for Cent Queen holders)

Bonus trick:
Go to the branch when you expect less traffic, tolerate their unawareness of the technical aspects and engage in friendly conversations. Then only they will go the extra mile to help you out.

2. They will require an OTP from the 2nd account holder. So, be there at the branch until they ask you for the OTP and apply for your debit card. You will get an SMS confirmation after a successful application.
Man!! Your post just got me free vet queen DC. Almost after a week they didn’t apply for DC for second holders, on call they said second holder won’t get same DC and for RSDC it will be charged.

Today asked them to apply code 91, they asked who told you and where did your friend got this card , branch etc. I just insisted on applying code 91, and finally it worked. Got a message that dc issued. They called and had a good laugh all around 😝

I wanted to apply for a joint account with my mom, but they straight up denied that they are not opening joint accounts only anymore due to some issues.
The guy was good and helpful.
Don't want to complain 🙁
Anyways if I want to complain, whom can I complain to?
 
I activated the cent queen dc. Tried a sample transaction worth 10rs on mobikwik - worked
But not working on rupay select portal - always saying "something went wrong"
Anyone faced similar issue?
