Oops, so ATM is the only option for card activation. The ATM near my branch is not working for activation, and I don't have any other ATM within 20KM radius. If their service in Tier-1 city is so trash, then how pathetic it will be in Tier-2, Tier 3 cities..

Are don't panic. Cent mobile se easily ho jayega. Also cent eez team ke sath ye indefinite load issue me bat ho raha mera. So hopefully resolve krde.

Not panicking. Just comparing the service quality, this is my 2nd ever interaction with PSU banks. Canara was the 1st one where I had to visit a branch, but the service was quite great and unexpected.

I have also raised a complaint for the Cent eez app through the app and the email. Let's see what we get in response.

Canara is good but axis of public banks. Useless charges

I called them and although there is an option to Generate Green Pin, it just forwards the call to the Cust Care Representative. Your only option is ATM if you can't get mobile/net banking working.

Do they provide a token for the Cent Mobile, the old app? Does Cent Mobile have an option to set the PIN in the first place?

Yes, tried CBOI ATM only. Other bank ATMs can't be used for activation right?

Central ATM doesn't allow me to set Green PIN. When I opt for OTP generation in debit card section, it throws some weird error. The branch people said that particular ATM is operated by a third party now and can't be used for activation, Cent eez is the only way.

For me bank token didn't worked for cent mobile.

I have already received the DC. How can I use the app now? When I put the account number, it shows an error message "Accounts with multiple CIFs not allowed". Can people having joint accounts confirm how they registered in the app?

You find out your cif number by using their whatsapp chat.

Yes, tried CBOI ATM only. Other bank ATMs can't be used for activation right?

Other banks can’t be used for activation, only working CBOI ATM will work to generate PIN and activate DC

Try your luck with Cent Mobile token, haven’t tried myself. Will see in my mothers account.

You will have to go to the branch and request a passbook. The passbook will have the CIF of the primary holder. Ask them to write down the second CIF on the passbook.

I think you can use the upi through cent-eez as bank employee help me activate it

Can someone please answer few questions of mine in short -

1. Account opened via tab / instantly or takes time?
2. If we deposit 25k during account opening, will they issue RSDC for both same time?
3. DC arrival still takes 2 weeks ?
4. WHat if joint holder has different address on Aadhar? Can we order DC at first holder address(aadhar)?
