CBOI website says, no need to maintain QAB and charges for non-maintenance are also NIL.

Looking at their service quality, I think it would be a headache to fight with them for the fee reversal if one gets charged for non-maintenance wrongly.
Some people with CBI accounts are getting charged for SMS services as well, not sure how it is for the cent queen.

Can any existing Cent Queen holder throw light on these points: service quality (after getting onboard) and any hidden charges?

No SMS charges and No Non-maintenance charges deducted YET account opened in feb 2025.
Service quality depends on your branch location and staff.
No hidden charges deducted as of now.

Opened a Cent Queen Account today with Rs.500 deposit only, bank manager told to maintain 2k balance and do swipe the DC twice a month to get rid of charges in next quarter or year I am not sure.

Can I see the virtual RSDC in the CBOI App?

Refer to this thread:

Opened a Cent Queen joint account today with 1000 initial funding.
Initially, they denied me for a joint account, saying that only two females can open this joint account. I had to convince them a lot, saying that my colleagues had opened the same account with their wives. After they agreed, I again had to convince them for 2 debit cards. Took me 2hrs in total for the whole process due to the rush.

Important Points:
1> Do mention that you want an add-on card and are ready to pay the fees. They will agree eventually. Everything depends on your bargaining ability.
2> I feel that the employees don't know much about the tnc of this account variant, even though every poster in the branch had an advertisement for this Cent Queen variant.
3> Even though there is no need for an initial deposit as per the tnc, it's better not to argue with the employees unnecessarily. They did ask me for a 3000 deposit, but I negotiated for 1000 and deposited.

Required docs (Need to be self-attested):
1> Aadhar and PAN copy of both applicants
2> 2 passport photos for each
3> Proof of current address (in case the state in your Aadhaar address is different from your branch state). I submitted a rental agreement copy, the latest electricity bill and a copy of the chequebook of a private bank with the current address.

Additional details:
1> SMS alerts are free of cost for this account
2> Debit cards are LTF but with a condition of min 2 transactions per month or 20 transactions per year.
3> I asked about the cent eez app. The employee said that it could be accessed after the account creation. However they were not sure about whether the debit cards will appear in the app or not before the card delivery.
