CC suggestion for packers and movers payment? Also does this counts under rental management?

I have HDFC, ICICI and Axis cards.
I heard HDFC remove points for rental management payments.
.
But I also want to know if any surcharge would be there if it is considered as rental payment in ICICI or Axis card payments.

Its all depends on that website/ POS machine provided MCC (Merchant category code).

any card depends on online/offline. depends on mcc of that website/POS it may come under rental management.

If they considered as rent, then surcharge automatically billed.
