I'm seeing above offer in SBI app.

And existing simple save card is renewing in 2-3 days so
Should I first ask for card closure request to make it LTF via call
Or I should apply this first and then tell to close.

I spent 1 lac approx in a year so they will do LTF?

Take the card .. 50k fees reversal for bpcl.

Better than simply save.
For ltf - u can negotiate fees reversal .for next fyf ..but start with ltf .. if u luck u will get

As I already spend 1 lac approx so it could be free for now and can apply and get bpcl also.

Get bpcl first ..

Then request card closeur via app ..
U will get call from sbi .

Say reward rate isn't good and u have already spent enough & u don't want to spend more .

Either reverse fees for next year
Or ltf
Or reward points

U will get one of three .
If card is 6 month old plus 1 lakhs spends
