Card Not showing up in Net Banking

Guys, my brother has been facing a peculiar problem with HDFC credit card.

He has been using Regalia Gold for the last few months but the card doesn't show up in Net banking.

Backstory - He had applied Millennia card C2C offline but the very next day, some HDFC agents came to his office and started handing out LTF cards to everyone as part of corporate offer.

He was eligible for Regalia Gold LTF, so he applied this as well. Meanwhile, he called up the person whom he handed documents for Millennia to cancel the application but the application was already processed. So, going further, he did not co-operate in verification process of the Millennia card and the application was rejected but subsequently, his Regalia Gold was approved.

He has been migrated to new net banking ui so he is just able to see this👇🏻 (Application number belongs to Millennia application)

The customer care is clueless about this. So, what should we do now?

Do we write an email to HDFC for removing the rejected application totally from their system?

(If yes, sending to which email ID will have an efficient response?)

Or any other way to fix this problem?

In 3-4 month everything will be clubbed into one customer id..

If u have account ..try to link

If you don't open account & place request for customer id being merged through branch

Branch manager is your guy
If he doesn't corporate..

Write on twitter for non - compliance ..he will run after you ..

He has a normal Savings Max account but not getting any option to link card. He gets this on app👇🏻 IMG_20240329_142031.jpg
Branch manager is your guy
If he doesn't corporate..

Write on twitter for non - compliance ..he will run after you ..
Seems like this is the last option.

He was able to link to mycards from day 1 itself, but the concern is regarding net banking and mobile app.
Yup there must be different customer id for both.. hence this problem.
It will sync in 4-6 month but for faster contact twitter & talk to bm
They will do it the fastest .
Email is another way but longer route

Just a trick question : If the customer ID is different for the RG card, can we ask the bank to reconsider Millennia Application and get it approved?
I feel this a good opportunity to hold 2 core cards from the bank in case he wants to upgrade to DCB or Infinia in future

Just a trick question : If the customer ID is different for the RG card, can we ask the bank to reconsider Millennia Application and get it approved?
I feel this a good opportunity to hold 2 core cards from the bank in case he wants to upgrade to DCB or Infinia in future
There can be two core card but with special approval of branch manager.
Techofino said this in one of his video

It's so simple dude... You need to add card in netbanking manually.

Call customer care, they'll guide you the steps.

There's no option to add card in new net banking ui.
Customer care is giving dumb replies - "Sir, Hume toh aapka card dikhai de raha hai system mein, aap mycards use kar lijiye"
Now what do we do about this??

Same Problem I faced in past but I called customer care and after so many requests and email finally my card linked with customer id and this problem faced in new new net banking interface,in new net banking interface there is no option to link credit card.
