Capping of neu coins on Tata Neu app?

Hey. So I recently brought something on Tata Neu app for 35k. I used my Sodexo card for that.

In Tata neu we get 5% neu coins + 5% if purchased through Tata neu infinity card. But in my case i only got 750 coins

Where as in reality I should’ve gotten close to 1500 coins (31.4k using Sodexo and 3.6k using Neu coins balance)

Am I missing something here?

If you bought on croma site directly, you get 0.33% Neu coins only (as per Neu pass)

And if you buy on croma via Tata Neu app you'll get 5% upto 750 max.

There is capping of 750 neu coins per order in tataneu app, rather it was croma, or cliq or tanishq

So you got right neu coins

If you want to place order of 2 items, which values more than 15000 then order it seperately

My Sodexo card works at all places where a normal credit card works. Except ATM

Capping came in August/September if I remember correctly.

Sodexo, now Pluxee has a card with 2 chips on opposite sides. One is the meal pass and the other is like a prepaid card. The other prepaid card can be used on non food items.

I know that and tried too. but everytime the transaction gets rejected saying merchant is not eligible. how are you doing it? please do educate me.

The physical card has 2 chips but it’s upto the company who’s issuing Sodexo whether they want to allow only meal pass transactions or all types of transactions.

I have the card with 2 chips, but I only use Sodexo. My company is not using the prepaid card.
Many times the cashier swipes the wrong side / chip and I need to tell them which side to swipe for Sodexo food coupon.

It depends on POS or online merchant. Frankly its a mess and Sodexo should have just given a virtual DC than this dual thingy card.

Tata Neu app is very underrated. You get a lot of free neu coins time to time, that expire within a few days.
I was not using it earlier, but now i have installed the app and tracking it closely.
All BB/1mg kind of deliveries are free, and no extra charges.
I am getting many offers/free neu coins and I am using it all for buying groceries.

I have Tata Play recharge of about 7000 INR.
I have neu Infinity, so that means 5% max to 750 neu coins?
Or is the % different?

Cap on neucoins on bill payment is 2500 neucoins per month, so for payments upto 50,000 per month.
