No. PNB Rupay platinum DC not CC. All Rupay Platinum DC offer 2 access at Domestic Lounge i.e Indian Airports per quarter.

Hey, so since its an intl transaction, does additional GST amount gets charged when using on a pos terminal outside india? If yes, is that amount refunded as well?

Fee is flat at USD 35 per person all included. All amount is reversed in 7-10 days. Don't worry much. 🙂

Just swipe your debit card at listed International lounges and relax. You will be refunded all amt.

I was wondering about the CC & add-on cards - it too offers domestic lounge but not sure about whether it does on add-on card too. I have emailed their customer care lets see

No the kids not having account or DC. Maybe you didn't read carefully. My bro used his own PNB RuPlat DC for kid entry. 🙂

Kid is having ICICI YoungStar Account only with normal VISA card.

Yes the add-on CC card holder can swipe but it deducts from quota of main card holder.
