No the kids not having account or DC. Maybe you didn't read carefully. My bro used his own PNB RuPlat DC for kid entry. 🙂
Kid is having ICICI YoungStar Account only with normal VISA card.
Yes the add-on CC card holder can swipe but it deducts from quota of main card holder.

Ohh gotcha. So they allowed someone else's card to be used for someone else'e entry as long as that card holder is present. Or was it just an exception coz there was a kid.
Parents can use personal cards for kids entry
On domestic airports i.e within India, you can use it for anyone. Your wife, father, mother and atleast in Delhi they allow it from long. For kids they already know.
Also with Canara World DC you have 1 Self + 1 Guest, so you can use the same if don't want to use other cards.
