Tried for Au Ixigo card and it worked.
Addon card issued within minutes. You just need Customer id of addon card holder. Customer id is generated even if you just have another credit card or any other relationship with bank. Use the same.

I tried to apply for addons and it says it only for people who are already customers of AU bank.
