They will give Citi users time for atleast a year AFAIK. Else they will have the most worst history of handling proper HNIs which Citi had.Apparently some devaluation coming soon. Maybe after that.
wait till end of next month. I feel Olympus will be issued to new users after July 15th as that marks one year of the cards launch. They’ve been waiting out to transition all the citi users. I wouldn’t be surprised if the group a and group b caps would significantly slashedNow that they launched axis cashback card to public last week, i hope Olympus is next in line?
Group a and b caps are the same as how it's in Atlas now, right? So I don't understand why would they downgrade it even furtherwait till end of next month. Half expected this was a loss leader. But surprised they had to come up with a new product and issue a replacement which is equally generous. And surprised they haven’t devalued it yet. From my discussion with the credit card team of a major branch, they have no plans to roll it out outside Citi customers which they have inherited.
They are looking at this as a burden/loss maker and are looking at it in the same light as Vistara card. A relic to be maintained and eventually phased out.
Can someone update if they have information to the contrary ?
I understand the logic, but it doesnt really make sense for axis to go through the effort of rebranding and relaunching prestige to miles; decreased forex markup and give transfer limits that are more than that of burgundy privateFrom my discussion with the credit card team of a major branch, they have no plans to roll it out outside Citi customers which they have inherited.

Yeah whatever Axis does usually doesn't make sense.I understand the logic, but it doesnt really make sense for axis to go through the effort of rebranding and relaunching prestige to miles; decreased forex markup and give transfer limits that are more than that of burgundy private
No, but some Axis staff at a road show in our campus said that it might become available for (some) existing customers. They also confirmed that add-on cards might become available in the near future though they didn't commit on a date for either.Writing to keep the thread alive. Any news of the Axis Olympus credit card now?
Let's hope so.No, but some Axis staff at a road show in our campus said that it might become available for (some) existing customers. They also confirmed that add-on cards might become available in the near future though they didn't commit on a date for either.
*edited in: I think they are considering to offer it to existing high-value customers who are below M4B level.
no they are poles a part... atlas mein accelerated points hai for airline/hotel + milestone benefits.. on the other hand olympus has different benefits specifically international transactions and lifestyle benefits..There might also be a possibility that once Axis Bank launches the Olympus card for general, normal applications, they might look towards devaluing the Atlas card further, because the two cards have such similar reward rates. They might try to push Atlas credit card holders towards the Olympus credit card.
