Can AU Zenith+ obtained as LTF with IVY Account?

A branch manager in a Tier 1 city offered me a lifetime free (LTF) AU Zenith+ credit card if I open an IVY account with a 25L IP. I've asked for confirmation that the LTF status isn't conditional and applies even if I downgrade from the IVY account in later stage. I am awaiting for the confirmation. Has anyone obtained the AU Zenith+ card as LTF?

Not from my side.. but 25L IP not worth for zenith+, but let us know once u moved to other card and keep thos LTF.

The manager informed me that he couldn't get it as LTF, but the joining fee would be refunded as equivalent points, excluding 18% GST. He advised me to opt for it and use the benefits for a year. I declined 🙁

By default joining fees except GST is reversed as reward points for zenith+
