1. CL requirement increased to 10L.
2. If your CL is increased to 10L recently in last 6 months, then this won't work.

I have tons of questions.

1. Do we need ITR/Salary even if Imperia/infinity RLV/TRV requirement is reached?
2. Is CL/Spends criteria increased only in case of imperia/infinity?

Normal sending email to grievance, is 8L limit still works?

I believe its basically while upgrade we have new criteria of either meeting salary or the TRV/RLV and if not that then don’t upgrade.

While for new its still the salary and other criteria. However an just guessing.

tbh in case of indian banks typo doesn't really mean it's not genuine lol. I expect hdfc to make such mistakes.

But again, SS is just sourced from X.com, these kind of SS's are usually internal to RM's, so some dumb RM may have shared it with some customer.

Last time in Feb 2025 also I posted a SS of this below, and it was 100% true, I even went to a branch and asked a BM and she said it's true. For 100% confirmation, I got this below SS confirmed in writing from her hdfc official email aswell and she did sent me that mail.

It's not at all overpriced and there are zero terms and conditions. It's not a maximum spending of 15k either. There is no limit at all. Even the normal 3.3% reward rate is unmatched.

You cannot say they are not doing too much when they themselves gave this card away to housewives as LTF. Infinia glazing on this forum is a little too much.

So talked to my BM, she connected me to a top cc guy in diff branch, and he told me this offer is real. But, this is only and only for "upgrade". It is not for NTB customers.

My BM was on the conf aswell so I couldn't speak openly. I talked to cc guy alone to get more info and he said to call in evening. He seemed interested to talk to me aswell as told him I want 2 infinia's. One for me (I already have Regalia gold) and one for a friend (NTB customer). I guess he was interested coz he though he can sell me some bs policy? Idk, will report later what pans out.

Can you also confirm what’s the requirements along with the Savings balance like salary and other factors for the upgrade if there is no possibility of getting it as first card?

But yeah if you manage to get the card then congratulations

what is the "upgrade"? it's literally how it has been for years but with the added 25L AMB or income requirement now
