BoB Snapdeal card application not moving forward. What to do

I have applied for BoB Snapdeal Credit Card on 24 Jun and have done kyc verification through DigiLocker at that time only.

After 2-3 days, received one agent call from Pune for verification of office but I am currently doing wfh & said him so. I also said him if he want to visit office, then my colleague will help him and can give him required documents. But he said nothing.

Then after 1 days, received call for agent feedback if he asked for any money or so.

But after that no progress on my application. Contacted CC as well they are said waid for 60 to 90 days.

No Vkyc or anything done as I have not received any link for that.

Application status is showing still in progress. What to do? Need expert advice, if anyone has gone through it.

Consider applying after the cooling-off period, as BOB likely won't reevaluate your application. While you can attempt to discuss with them, I don't foresee them changing their initial decision.

What's the cool off period for BoB? Last time it was rejected coz of documents issue. I had changed address and couldn't provide them old address proof.

This is how BOB Bank functions, unfortunately. People have had their cards approved after 2-3 months. All you can do is wait and occasionally follow up. 😄

Mine is in process since 2.5 months. Will send them a reminder after 3 months. Kya pata neend se jaag jaye 😂

The trick with BOB is to get hold of your local BOB card team. My card was approved in 18 days and I received it on the 23rd day.

Or, ask crm@bobfinancial.com the email address of your local card team.
