Is BOB ICAI Exclusive CC worth going for, in case of small transactions? (Won't be spending more than 5000 on it in a month)

Taking into account, 1250 RP every month after making 5 transactions of 1000 each on dining/online/utilities (approx 6.25% returns for a LTF card-5RP/100spent, 1000 milestone benefit after 5*1000, 1 RP=0.25INR)
