UPDATE: Made 2 transactions in the last 3-4 days using HP pay as usual, and this time it worked pretty well. Seems like they have fixed the issue. I can’t still see the Paytm or CCAvenue PGs, but got the surcharge waiver credited in 2-3 days, and reward points were also added properly, as usual.View attachment 96416
Same for me, till March, I received surcharge waiver, but in April, I didn’t receive any surcharge waiver, the merchant name also changed, and the PG was also different I think. Haven’t checked RPs but I’ve been charged more. It’s been more than 20 days, haven’t received the surcharge waiver still. @TechnoFino @Abhishek012 do you guys have any update on this?

EDIT: Went to another HP pump today, and again the merchant name was different (Hindustanpetroleumcor). Purchased ₹1800 fuel but was charged ₹1821 straightaway. I think the issue might still NOT be completely resolved. Maybe it depends on the fuel station? But will be useless if not working properly, even surcharge will be an added cost only without benefit
