UPDATE: Made 2 transactions in the last 3-4 days using HP pay as usual, and this time it worked pretty well. Seems like they have fixed the issue. I can’t still see the Paytm or CCAvenue PGs, but got the surcharge waiver credited in 2-3 days, and reward points were also added properly, as usual.View attachment 96416
Same for me, till March, I received surcharge waiver, but in April, I didn’t receive any surcharge waiver, the merchant name also changed, and the PG was also different I think. Haven’t checked RPs but I’ve been charged more. It’s been more than 20 days, haven’t received the surcharge waiver still. @TechnoFino @Abhishek012 do you guys have any update on this?

EDIT: Went to another HP pump today, and again the merchant name was different (Hindustanpetroleumcor). Purchased ₹1800 fuel but was charged ₹1821 straightaway. I think the issue might still NOT be completely resolved. Maybe it depends on the fuel station? I didn't get any response, so called the customer support. Customer support executive asked to send email to crm@bobcard.co.in stating the issue. Waiting for the reply
