the fuel station is same, everything is same, even the merchant's name after settlement is also same to which I was getting waiver and rewards for past 1 year
been trying to call customer care, it's not getting past IVR and disconnecting automatically.

Can you tell me the email address to refer to?You need to wait for their response. Fuel cards are not good with RP need to email them.

I am having same issues with Snapdeal and Energie Rupay cards. After writing to escalations, they credited the rewards in Snapdeal card. But for Energie card , I wrote yesterday to crm. Will write to escalations in 2 days for surcharge and rewards. Previously it never happened before in last 1 year.Can you tell me the email address to refer to?

Send mail to escalations. Normal crm mail ID is not being responded.Ok, I was holding this card for a while but have never used it for the fuel payments. However, recently I have made 2 transactions each worth 4k around using hp pay app and scanning the qr at outlet and paid via CC option. I thought the issue might have been with the outlet mapping or something, but it does seem like everyone is having the same issue. I have also dropped email on the same. Does anyone know the timeline for the ticket closure?
