hi guys anyone can point me to whom to contact. I haven't received surcharge waiver nor the reward points (bonus or regular) for a transaction using hppay scan hpcl bob card.
the fuel station is same, everything is same, even the merchant's name after settlement is also same to which I was getting waiver and rewards for past 1 year
been trying to call customer care, it's not getting past IVR and disconnecting automatically.
can someone help with mail address. (have already shooted to
crm@bobfinancial.com)
