What is the best way to close BoB Eterna? Can I send email to any ID and close it instead of calling?

My renewal is coming up in October and I do not intend to pay the fees. Have no use left for this card.

Are they offering fee reversal via retention? Should I wait till the fees is charged?

They will close if you send mail. I did not receive any retention benefit and I frankly did not want any .

Same email id. I also didnt got any retention. Moreover last 4 years have solid spending on this card with BOB offers. Since last year, neither offers nor card beneficial to me.
