BOB credit card application

I received a mail for esign today and credit card has been generated instantly after I did esign. I am able to register to BOB card app and can see virtual card.

Oh, thats good,
when i try to click on that URL, it asks for my number and when i enter otp and click verify otp nothing happens, and if click again on verify otp button it says " invalid otp".

BoB card has revamped the online cc application portal recently, usually approve cc instantly if eligible just after esign and vkyc.

i also got that, but whenever i click on that link and go to their site enter my number and then it asks for otp and after entering the otp, it loads for few seconds and nothing happens, and when i click on login again it says invalid OTP.

If your CIBIL is good, It will be approved instantly and they dont ask any documents.

tried with many devices, and browsers.
it still same.
also, emailed them, and they replied and said they could not find my application in their system.
But if they cannot find it then why i am not able to login or apply for card again?
Maybe if i try with my another mobile number it might work
