BOB BPCL Rupay debit card petromiles offer not getting

Is there anybody who got the Baroda BPCL Rupay debit card offers:

1)10 PetroMiles on every 100/- rupee transaction of fuel purchase at BPCL retail outlets. (Customer will earn on every transaction of Cobrand Debit Card at BPCL RO, but will be able redeem only through BPCL SmartDrive app). PetroMiles value shall be our normal, 1 PM = 1.5 Paisa. **
2) 0.75% cashback incentive in the smart drive wallet (BPCL loyalty program)on fuel transactions up to maximum INR 45 per transaction at over 19000+ BPCL outlets across India

I took this card almost 2 yrs before. Till now I haven't received any of the above mentioned offer.

This card is worse than junk. You will never receive anything. I closed this card long ago. Even cc never reply for these issues. Get a fuel cc.

They mention some 5% cashback on utilities never got any info on it.
