Bob 0 balance current account

I have bob bsbda 0 account that's why i can't open 0 balance current account online.......if i close my bsbda account then can i open the account online ????

It may allow after 3 months,6 months or may be a year also.

I have been told by CS that Individual current account can be opened online. I have opened online as well but i was NTB. So CS didnt tell me about NTB condition. Just goto branch and open it. Our customer ID stays in their system for some years after closure. Data retention policy differs from bank to bank. So no, we wont be treated as NTB if we close our existing account until they purge our customer ID.

BOB does have folio charges. Rs 125+GST for 25 entries (debit+credit). I am not sure whether BOB is charging customers who have less than 25 entries or not (per quarter). Website mentioned ADC charges are free but there are few videos circulating on UTube where people are complaining that UPI txns are even countable as per FOLIO LIMIT. If anyone is using BOB LITE CURRENT Account for more than 6months, can you please confirm the folio charges?

No, i have opened it in March. I haven't been charged at all. Used UPI and Debit Card only. Dont do branch transactions. Treat it as a UPI only account.
