Bob 0 balance current account

I have bob bsbda 0 account that's why i can't open 0 balance current account online.......if i close my bsbda account then can i open the account online ????

Even I want to open Zero Balance Current account but unable to open via online due to existing relationship. Can branch open this type of account for an individual?

It may allow after 3 months,6 months or may be a year also.
