Biz Black - as floater with Infinia

Yes I hold regalia gold and tried to get biz black
Reject reason I got to know the exact requirements
Agents not informing prior to application

If you meet the ITR criteria, can’t you just apply for the BizBlack separately?

My RM is hell bent on business ownership, she doesn’t understands. I visited my branch also and the credit card sales person just doesn’t have any idea how to process this card on personal.

Same with my RM. He checked and said not allowed for salaried. If there is online way, I will love to try.

That’s the lack in hdfc system I mean floater cards can’t be applied by customers directly either by branch agents or by grievances email
Yes I hold the required 30l ITR but limit not there in RG

In hdfc once we get a core card then with same pan the system will say you already have the best card from us

Yes email to pno grievance one way but takes lot of emails to and fro
RM or agent route lesser turn around

Upgrade and LE they made unique and tough way that’s how they sustain long in their offering like smart buy
But for floater they could have done something better
Honestly no one will get a 10k plus gst card just because to have it
Those who have plans to utilize only will try hard it hdfc have to understand it

I requested for an LE but it seems getting the card is easier than getting the LE especially in case of Infinia.
Earlier in my Regalia days, they used to send me non-stop LE offers and I never took a single one because I didn’t knew the importance of it.
I have spent more than 14 lakhs in the last 6 months but no LE offers.
I can’t go through the Chennai Express as I don’t meet any of the eligibility criteria for any of the cards I have. 😝
I will try in September through the local HDFC team.

Yeah I too never boarded Chennai express since there is no TAT for it and we can’t wait without any hopes

I have spent more than 31L in past 11 months....still no LE for me...
