Bhima Gold - No Making Charges & Low Gold Rate

Thanks. Really good offer. Is this offer will be available in the stores also . I have paid around 12 to 20 percent making charges to GRT Jewellers or Tanishq. How the bhima jewellers could offer zero making charges. Can someone tell their experience about the gold quality of bhima jewellers.
This is basically old stock or non moving designs being sold off . Think of it like clearance sale. They are cleaning inventory, getting some value atleast for stock , getting free publicity for their online sales and also getting traffic. That's it. That's also why it's only online exclusive.

Hey was thinking of gold price is already and and can pay suing Amazon pay, say 13% discount using infinia or epm (not discount but points) , it seems like if we buy from here and sell it next day on local jewellery shop, we will be in profit, assuming 1 point = 1₹. Am I missing something here?

Folks who have bought from bhimagold.com earlier: have any of you been able to check the quality of gold? Just want to get a little confidence, since I’ve never bought anything from Bhima

Got it checked at tanishq and kalyan. No issue so far, many times bought from their website.

Bhima stores are never offering similar offers as bhima online, though both are same.

Are their ornaments has BS Hallmark certified for 916 and is it marked in the ornaments

Yes BIS + HUID.
BIS 916/750 based on your ordered purity.

I have ordered from bhimagold not bhimajewellers. I don't know the difference.
Bhima gold and Bhima jewelers are under the same hood but operates separately.

Bhima gold operates in the areas where Bhima jewelers shouldn't operate.

Both can sell the products online but Bhima gold is better in online markets whereas Bhima Jewelers is better in offline market.

Both Bhima Jewelers & Bhima gold can operate in both online & offline but not in same city/state.

If you're looking for good design then need to buy from offline stores only.

Online Bhima Gold --> 0% making is only for clearing the stocks that unable to sell offline.

The 0% making run atleast once a week.

They're great at services buddy.
They're now delivering with very secure courier partner that deals only with gold delivery.

But ya for 0% making charges the most of the design are outdate --> depends on someone taste as well. Might be good for you but not for me.
I am sure majority will say bit outdated only.

One more way to look at it is that if they are offering old design/outdated jewelry without any making charges of lets say 3%, they want to encash the gold with a view that gold prices can fall by 3% or more from the rate at which they are selling.
While it sounds a weak argument, if I was a jeweler, I would not ignore this plan to encash the gold rally! 🙂

This is just wild speculation that sounds good to be true but has no relevance when it comes to reality. Cause if Bhima actually did this , why aren't other jewellers following the same ?

There is no need to overcomplicate or overthink these situations. It's basically getting off old stock from their inventory list by providing offers . Simple.

Also , this has been there for some time now and gold rate has only constantly skyrocketed. No jewellers would sell stuff at 0 making charge and reduced gold rate for a "hopeful" gold rate crash a year or two down the line. That's a poor business decision.

I always thought how Bhima team selling the things at 0% making charges from last 1 year (almost everyweek).

It's seriously awesome. I am buying from them from last 1+ year with amazonPay wallet combination.

With increase in spending of common man, savings not giving as much returns as earlier, gold constantly going up and with so many players in the market, especially brands like Thangamayil actually hitting global ranking for luxury gold sales , they need some way to sustain while also 1) selling off non-moving stock 2)bring in HYPE via social media and also the lazy gooses like us who buy everything online 😛. Honestly this is a perfect marketing strategy .

They get advertisement via folks like us, there is always moving traffic on their site, old stock is sold, folks who want to buy jewellery from their USUAL stores will just buy these no making charge items bringing in more footfall to the brand and they chip away slowly at other jewellers.

Its a (sort of) win - win situation. Hope it stays the same for a while.

After getting the eye opener from you, I ordered jewellery from Bhima.

Courier guy was saying lot of deliveries are from bhima.

Regarding savings..
My local jeweller charges 8-10% of making charges and doesn't accept CC payments.

So in that way I am already saving 8-10%.
I used EPM which gave another 3% value back in the form of RPs.
This purchase will help in EPM 4L milestone as well as this jewellery expense was anyhow about to come.

And if someone utilize trick to get cashback on CC bill payment via DC then altogether 1-2% more savings..

Bhima doesnt allow discount and gift voucher from giftr, ISHOP, etc. together otherwise savings would have been higher.. 😂😂😂
